Notifications – Alerts for important information and updates on Hearsay and content are found here.

Help Center – Directs you to the Hearsay Help Center, complete with articles, videos, tip sheets and more.

User Panel – Allows you to access your user settings, workspaces settings, or toggle between other workspaces you may control.

Navigation Bar – These tabs and drop down menus will help you navigate through the various sections of Hearsay.

New Post – Allows you to create your own original content for publishing use. Content is routed to our compliance team for review and will publish only once approved by compliance.

Adding a Workspace Designee

Please note, Hearsay training documents or video overviews may show you how to invite a user to your workspace, but please remember to follow the compliance-approved process below should you need to invite assistant users to your Hearsay environment.

  1. The Hearsay account owner must notify Compliance that they want to assign a workspace designee. Compliance will send the designee a Hearsay invitation to be a workspace assistant on the specified user’s account.
  2. The Hearsay account owner must pre-approve all activity performed by the workspace assistant.
  3. The Hearsay account owner will be held responsible for all activity performed by the workspace assistant on his or her behalf.
